Terms of Use

Applies to free use of checkuri's public URL/email risk-checking tool and pre-launch email registration. No paid subscription or API tier currently exists.

1. The Service

checkuri provides automated risk signals ("Verdicts") for URLs, domains, and email addresses, based on algorithmic analysis of available data at the time of the request. A Verdict is checkuri's assessment, based on the specific reasons shown alongside it — not a certification, guarantee, or statement of fact about any person, business, or domain.

2. No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." checkuri disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. checkuri does not warrant that Verdicts are accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

3. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any decision you make in reliance on a Verdict, including whether to click a link, reply to an address, or otherwise act on the result. A Verdict is one input, not a decision made on your behalf, and is not a substitute for your own judgment.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, checkuri and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Service or any Verdict. checkuri's total aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

5. Third-Party Data

The Service relies in part on third-party data sources that checkuri does not control and does not warrant. checkuri does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

6. Think a Result Is Wrong?

If you believe a Verdict about a domain or address you own or represent is incorrect, contact us at support@ipgnosis.com to request a review.

7. Changes

checkuri may update these Terms; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
